[Evolution] Restore menubar -- running Ubuntu 18.04.1

How do I restore Menubar to top of main Evolution mail window?
I un-checked MENU in the Toolbar drop-down wdw and now cannot restore
the Menubar which contains the "buttons" to FILE, EDIT,...HELP across
the top of other programs like Thunderbird mail.
