it wasn't mean for you as some sort of steps to do to make it work
properly, it was meant as an information about the technical
background
of the error reported by the Google server (the "Daily Limit
Exceeded"
error).

Does it mean that the log shows repeated request/response "pair" of
OPTIONS/FORBIDDEN, basically never ending? If it's it, then maybe you
