Nice! I tried this but got an error that "Folder Calendar not found"

        Hi,
it looks like the user doesn't share the Calendar folder,
eventually not with you. The error itself is returned by the server,
and the folder is referenced by its name, not by its ID (which is
correct).
You can try, if the other user also uses Evolution-EWS, to
right-click the calendar in the Calendar view and pick "Permissions",
which shows who can do what with that folder (Calendar, in this case).
The dialog in the evolution-ews shows Folder ID, which is a long string
identifying the folder uniquely on the server, which can be copied and
placed into the 'Subscribe to other user folder' dialog, instead of the
Calendar preselection. That allows to subscribe to any folder in the
user's account, if the ID is known. The Outlook also shows Permissions,
but not the folder ID.

export EWS_DEBUG=2

The above is enough to get the debugging output of the evolution-ews.

By the way, what is the evolution and evolution-ews version you use,
please?
        Bye,
        Milan
