Ok, found out one additional thing:

expand/collapse still works - not with "double click", but in the
meantime I'm not sure if it worked with "double click" at all...

I just have to click into the "empty" space in front of my folder (where
the pictogram should be) to collapse/expand it. So the problem is "only"
- some of the pictograms aren't shown any more!?

any hints?
