[Evolution] Year calendar view

This time each year I printout a year calendar with holidays and other
important days and hang it in my office.  It would be nice if Evolution
finally had a year view and a variety of layout formats.  I'm surprised
(disappointed) that it does not (Evolution 3.16.5).
