        Hi,
and it still does for me, as long as the Location is filled. Tested with
3.11.4 in a Day view, with multi-day and several-hours/minutes
appointments.

Adding the description might be tricky, due to its length. The Tasks
view is adding it there, and cuts after several letters, like 1024,
which makes the tooltip quite large. I'm not going to change this for
now, but maybe one day it'll be changed. You can always fill a bug
report asking for that.
