Just to follow up, this is fixed for 3.12.
The Seahorse entries will show the account's name instead of its ID, and
a background task in EDS will keep them up-to-date in the event that you
rename an account. The background task will also clean up old passwords
from deleted EDS accounts.
Awesome.
It is really impressive the progress and enhancements that have been
made in the last year regarding Evolution. It is a significantly better
application with every release.
