Again, the Evolution spam folder is a virtual one and contains a list of
messages tagged as being spam in the other folders on that account.

If your provider is already spam filtering your email, then there's not
much point getting Evolution to do it as well so you may as well turn it
off. (See Edit -> Preferences -> Mail Preferences -> Junk)

If you really want there's an option provided to make the Junk folder a
real folder, and in that case you can specify it to be the same as your
provider's one.  See Edit -> Preferences -> Mail Account -> <select
account> -> Edit -> Defaults.
