Please provide version information. Do you still run unstable 3.13? If
so, make sure you run the latest 3.13 release and create a bug report in
bugzilla.gnome.org that includes a stacktrace with debug information.

In case you run 3.13: Don't run unstable versions for "mission critical"
software. In case you run 3.12: Provide a stacktrace with debug
information so developers could find out what's the issue.
