Is there any error message? I think version 2.28 still had something

You're right, under help it's possible to see error, warnings and edebug
messages, unfortunately there aren't any messages.

The path for Windows seems to be

\Dokumente und Einstellungen\Besitzer\.evolution\mail\local\

but I didn't remove the files yet. Tomorrow, resp. later today, I'll
move the files, but it perhaps is a different issue.

You don't say what kind of mail account this is (is it local, on an
IMAP server?, on Exchange?, ...). Also, 2.28 is completely obsolete,
but maybe there isn't a more recent version available for Windows.

AFAIK this is the latest version of Evolution available for Windows.

On Windows I'm using POP/SMTP and I don't delete the mails on the
server. On *nix I use POP/SMTP too, but delete the mails on the server
and I'm sharing the maildir by several *nix. Even if I keep the mails on
the server, when using Linux, this has got no impact on the trash folder
or anything else.

No need to troubleshoot, it doesn't work on Windows.

I can receive and send mail for 3 accounts. Since I don't want to use
Windows for more than hardware tests, I don't need all the features I
need for my *nix Evolutions but indeed, the plain text mails are
previewed like HTML mails, strange formatted and I had to reboot two
times, because only when I use Evolution, the Internet connection stops
working and can't be established again.
