With my install of Evolution 3.2.3 I have two address books.
One is Ubuntu One, which is empty, the other is my personal one which
contains my contacts.
How can I remove the Ubuntu One address book?
I've tried clicking on contacts, selecting the Ubuntu One address book
and deleting it, but it does not go.
My favorite search engine have these ideas:

Do any of them help?

Dear Andre,
Thank you, the first suggestion helped.
I had gone through most of their suggestions, but one at the end to make
the personal address book the default has sorted my problem.
The Ubuntu One address book is still there, but does not come up as
default.
David.
