You have a bad version of Gtk. This bug floated around on
Ubuntu-derived stuff showing up in various applications. A normal
update should fix it - provided they [as in Ubuntu/Xubuntu] have fixed
it. This is not an Evolution bug.
Do the ubuntu version of "rpm -q libgtk" to see your Gtk version.
Un- and reinstall didn't help.
Nope. Reinstalling is always a waste of time. Don't do that.
