Hello,

I'm switching to evolution from icedove aka thunderbird. I have to say
that setting up an account was really easy. But I have a problem
displaying my name in header 'From' field. In Gmail's webmail it shows
like that:
From: "Jose G." =?ISO-8859-1?Q?L=F3pez?= <josgalo gmail com>

So it gets stripped and I only can see 'Jose G.'. I have configured
everything to use UTF-8.
I'm using the version 3.4.3. What can be the problem?

I'm seeing your full name: Jose G. López <josgalo gmail com>

Where you both are seeing or not seeing the From: line value?

I'm seeing it correctly in Evolution 3.4.3.

I should have asked more precisely and I assume now that Patrick can see it
correctly in the Evo window where all mails are listed as one line and
in the Window of the mail itself and in Ctrl-U window.

Jose, could you please copy in your answer my other maill addr,
<guru OCLC org> to get the mail to an Evo client (Cc'ed ); and specify
where exactly the From: is not visible correctly;

TIA
