[Evolution] WebDAV Address Book Forgets "User"

Subject: [Evolution] WebDAV Address Book Forgets "User"

I use WebDAV (aka CardDAV/GroupDAV) address books in Evolution.  But
recently it has taken to forgetting the "User" value.  If one goes into
the address book properties [via right-click] the User field will be
blank.  Then one re-enters the User and hits OK.
