Thank you kindly.

Tried that, of course.  Two consistent issues:  1) After transfer Evolution
doesn't show the "To" whom when a particular email was replying; 2) no start
or end dates transfer with Tasks.

I recently wrote
http://library.gnome.org/users/evolution/3.2/import-apps-outlook.html.en
however I cannot promise that it is complete and always correct either
(plus it's probably not covering some stuff that I didn't think of).

Any comments, improvements, corrections are very welcome.
