Hello friends ,
How are you?
Awesome, as usual.
I am studying evolution architecture.
I went through evolution doc and it tells that for IPC in evolution CORBA
uses.
I want to understand what is CORBA?
I went through Wiki but did not get clear idea. from where I can get clear
picture of CORBA.
CORBA IS DEAD! LONG LIVE D-BUS!
Evolution has dropped the use of Bonobo [GNOME's CORBA wrapping and
original component model] in favor of D-BUS (which is a
freedesktop.org IPC spec/tech). I also believe much of what CORBA did
has been simply replaced with loading-shared-libraries.

The evolution-hackers@ list is probably a better place to ask
questions like this.

This is the *mere-users* list.
