I suspect this isn't true. I never run gconf-editor, but if I understand the settings right, plain text mail, like this should appear in 14 point type, which it doesn't. Maybe my system is missing the required font -- I'm weak on fonts too. Images of gconf-editor and this email, as an example of font display are attached. On Wed, 2011-08-31 at 22:20 +0200, Andre Klapper wrote: > On Wed, 2011-08-31 at 13:00 -0700, Jonathan Ryshpan wrote: > > (2) Font handling still does not work properly, at least under KDE. > > No font control using, either KDE font control or local evolution font > > control, i.e. > > Evolution->Edit-Preferences->Mail Preferences->Message Display > > The font used for plaintext messages is **very** small. > > Not sure if https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=655002 was > backported to 3.0.x. Maybe not. :-/ It wasn't. Migrating a module from GConf to GSettings isn't really suitable for a stable update. Font can be adjusted through gconf-editor until 3.2 arrives.
