[Evolution] Error

When starting Evolution mail client I get a huge number of the following errors:

/home/jr/.local/share/evolution/mail/local/.
No such message

I have tried to 'vacuum' the folders.db and deleting index files and also 
deleted the folders.db in another try, all done while the program was not 
running, but 
the error persists.

I also tried "pragma integrity_check;" on the sql databases and got "ok" 
replies.

When searching for messages, Evolution reports errors like those on the terminal
"No such message". Manually I cannot find any lost messages (in the message 
list) 
but sometimes the message content widget doesn't update permanently anymore 
after 
selecting specific messages.

Which files are corrupt? How to fix it?
