I think maybe the formula needs to be more precisely worded?  eg
"Within the last weeks"
or
"Older than 4 weeks"
The original question seems ambiguous?  Can it be posted in the original language?  Hopefully someone here can read whichever language you feel most comfortable with.  Usually OpenSource projects have people from all over the world.
