[Evolution] "From" column

In the main coluumns, the "From" column lists from whom the emails come.

For example, an email might come from "John Doe <john @ doe.com>", and the column to its right will list the subject.

Is there a way to view only the name (and not the email address)?  For purposes of clean design and neat layout, that is.  In other words, just "John Doe".
