Take another look at what I said. I explained how to set up the *sent
mail* folder. There is no separate setting for replies.

You can configure Evo to put sent mail (not only replies but anything
you send) in any folder, including remote ones. Go to
Edit->Preferences-><account>->Defaults and set it up.
