The OP asked for a way to send on demand and receive independently. Your
suggestion doesn't achieve this (nothing will be received until the
draft message is sent and sending the draft will trigger the reception
of any pending messages). Sending and receiving are tied together in
Evo, so all you can do is defer the actual message transmission by
queueing it via sendmail.
