I don't see where it says that this is the most up-to-date version, but
if it is, someone should tell the devels that the Help menu is wrong.
It's not even clear if one is a copy of the other, if they are kept in
sync or might diverge, etc. Clearly one of these should be replaced by a
link to the other.
