[Evolution] m'soft live mail photos

I'm a technically limited Evolution/Ubuntu user.  I just received an
email from a friend with a photo included which I want to download; the
print under the photo says if I want to save it I can go through m'soft
live mail.  I've made several passes, but that doesn't work.

Suggestions?
