Hi,
it means, in this particular case, that there exists an upstream bug
report (the link is shown there) about the same issue, thus this is
not
Fedora specific bug, thus any further investigation and such should be
rather done in the upstream bug report, which is, apparently, still
opened and is waiting for its upstream developer.

So it is not the upstream bug report that is closed, but rather the FC
bug which is closed because it is being handled upstream?
I have temporarily stopped using evolution, but continue to monitor this
list for news relating to this bug. As soon as it is fixed, I am back
to using Evolution.
