[Evolution] Address book does not disappear when deleting exchange parent address book

Hi,

I am seeing one problem in two evolution version :
a. 2.12.3        b.2.22.3.1
This looks like a generic exchange plugin bug.
If you create a exchange addressbook as a sub folder/sub address book from a
parent address book, and then delete the parrent, the sub address book does not
disappear from the left hand list.

It stays there until after a reboot. Any manipulation of this phantom address
book results in an error (copying contacts to it), and the options to create a
contact in it is greyed out, so it is of minor impact other than confusion.

If I try to delete the phantom address book, it tells me "error: cannot
delete", but disappears.

You can't create sub-address books locally, so this is an exchange only quirk.

During new address book creation, the phantom addressbook also shows up there.
If you pick it as the parent of yoru new address book, it gives an error, but
another phantom address appears.

Steps:
1. Set up an exchange account and address book
2.Open "Address Book", and create a new address book (clicking on "New" and
selecting "New Address Book" is one way)
3. Select the exchange account(not local), and click on "Personal Folders" in
the tree view that appears under "Location", and click "OK to create the
address book.
4. Repeat step 3, except this time create a sub-addressbook by clicking on the
address book you created in step 3 instead of "Personal Folders"
You should now see the two address books you created listed on the left side.
5. Right click the name of the parent address book created in step 3 and delete
it.
You still see the sub address book created in step 4 on the left side. The
address book is gone from the actual exchange server, but it seems Evolution is
still caching the name. Attempts to access the ghost address book show errors,
and rebooting system, restarting exchange does not make it go away.

Thanks & Regards
Ashish
