[Evolution] evolution in windows?

Hi, I appologize. This is probably WAY off topic, but give me abit of 
credit. I want evolution on both OSs.. I try using the binaries on the 
ftp but it didn't work. no error or libary conflict/missing.

Is anybody working on an installer from these packages or maybee help me 
retry in debug or something to find out why?
