Have the same problem, see
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=565363. You either have to
recreate the vfolder or edit and revert one of the rules of the vfolder.
Another workaround might be to edit ~/.evolution/mail/vfolders.xml by an
editor, save it and see, if evolution picks it up. Havent't tried this,
but editing ~/.evolution/mail/filters.xml did work.
