I can send fine mails with Evolution. But when I Accept some Calendar
invitation the resulting reply mail is not delivered; it says in a
pop-up:

  Error while performing operation.

  Could not send message.
  This might mean that your account is over quota.

Did you check whether you did not exceed your quote? >From my experience you cannot send emails if you do because a copy need to be stored in sent items. Be careful because deleted items also count towards your quota.
