[Evolution] Birthday Calendar

Hello,
I've managed to get evolution set up to use an openldap server for my
address book and I've installed the evolutionperson.schema, so I have
all of the additional attributes available (like birthday) in my contact
entries. Everything is working exactly as expected. What I'm trying to
figure out now is how to set up a "Birthdays & Anniversaries" Calendar
that uses my LDAP address book. Has anyone done this?
