[Evolution] Junk button

I started this thread here:

I now need to revisit it after I found half a dozen very important work
messages in my inbox using the outlook web client that I had never seen
using Evolution. I can only assume that Evolution had tagged them as
junk and marked as read, even though I had never read them.

I do have a junk folder in the "On This Computer" section, rather than
on my specific account. It's empty. I can't otherwise find "junk"
messages and this business of manually retrieving them from the web
client is rather worrying. Any further advice?
