The most important parts of any bug report or problem request, even
without knowing where to look for log files, etc., are the Linux
distribution you're using, the version of the software (in this case
Evolution) you're using, and, for Evo, the way you connect to your mail
server (imap, pop, etc.)  We know the last but without the former we
can't give you any more help.
