[Evolution] Problems with Evo 2.22.2

I have used Evolution since many years (from its ximian days) without
problems (using mainly Fedora).
Now I changed to Ubuntu and this version. I have the following problems:
1. One of my folders (info) does not contain any new messages but it's
bold and syas it contains 2 unread messages. However I have these
messages transferred to the junk folder (i.e. marked as junk).
2. The lower bar tells me "Learning junl (0% complete)" but it remains
so. I'm using bogofilter (in my other versions I uses SA) but I don't
know how to solve it.
3. When I expunged ( the junk folder) I saw in the trash folder a
message saying thas message #223456 was not in the .../Local file and it
wouldn't go away and when I go to the trash folder it gives a warning: 
"Error while Storing folder '.#evolution/Trash'. However the Trash
folder is empty.
HW: AMD 64-bit 3000 Mh
OS: ubuntu 8.04.1 (hardy) 2.6.24-16-generic SMP x86_64.
Maybe some of the developers can shed some light on these problems?
