[Evolution] Add new contact by programming

Hello

I use Openoffice Base for my contact in my work.
To import my data in Evolution contact I can use cvs but it's not really 
friendly
Is it possible to add a contact by programming(python) or command 
line(bash) or to send datas directly from OOo
I need to write the following fields:*

*file_as
full_name
addr_line1
addr_line2
city_home
zip_home
org
home_phone1
home_phone2
mobile_phone2
home_fax
email_1
email_2
