Hello,
works for me as expected, on actual trunk.
Is it possible that your event has other timezone set than you have in
Edit->Preferences->Calendar and Tasks->Time zone?
That can be a reason why one event is still whole day, but divided into
two days. Unfortunately I'm not aware of any other, I'm sorry.
Hope that helps,
Milan

I'm running 2.12.2 (with Exchange) and recently noticed that editing an
existing all-day event causes that event's time/day range to go berserk.
It's easy to re-create:
1. Create an all-day event and save. Everything looks OK.
2. Open the event, make a simple change, such as adding some text to the
Summary... When I save it, it changes from all-day to a specified time
range, spanning two days.
3. Subsequent attempts to repair - ie. change back to all-day and fix
the day range back to 1 day - are futile and the appointment refuses to
go back to 1 day.
It appears - possibly - the All-Day "toggle" won't stick. It always
reverts to a time-based appointment.
Apologies if this has been covered already... Let me know if I should
file a bug.
thanks!
