Evo is a bit flaky with Gmail IMAP (don't know which of the two is
responsable). Try disconnecting from the Gmail server and reconnecting.
You can disconnect by right-clicking on the Gmail account name in the
folders list, or going to Edit->Preferences and unselecting the tick
box. Change to a different folder, then go back and re-enable Gmail.

PS Please don't hijack threads. You posted your message to this list by
replying to some existing message and changing the subject. This is bad
practice because it screws up the threading. When you have a new topic
you should compose a fresh message.
