evolution does not support this. the *recipient* should decide whether a
message is important to him or not. besides, a good rate of
urgent-priority mail is spam. if something is really urgent, use
synchronous communication (like phone or IM). ;-)
Unless your manager is forwarding on a message from his "higher ups".
That wouldn't be easy to do over the phone or IM.
Of course, I never use it. I just assume that ALL my messages will be
treated as CRITICAL. ;-)
