[Evolution] Backup

I'm in the process of changing over from Fedora (FC7) to Ubuntu.
My current version is 2.10.3 (latest in FC7) and on Ubuntu 2.12.1.
I found there a button "restore backup". However, in 2.10 I don't have a
button "Backup". How can I perform it in this version?
