I'm pretty sure this is a bug, and I didn't solve it.  However, I looked
in the code and discovered that if I set the environment variable
EVOLVE_ME_HARDER before invoking Evolution, it would skip the question
altogether.

I have no idea what else, if anything, setting that variable may do, but
that's how I've been getting Evo SVN to run for now.
