[Evolution] fonts in composer

Hello all,
    Firstly, thank you for a fantastic piece of programming. This is one of the better apps I've come across since migrating to Linux (Ubuntu 6.10). I would like to make a few requests:

• It is a bit odd that I can select the font for incoming mail from others, but I cannot choose the font for my own compositions. Try as I may, I can't locate any menu options that can get me around this.
• It would be very nice to also be able to set defaults for text and background color.
• The reply composer should place one's cursor in a free space either above or below quoted text, I think. Instead (at least when one chooses "above" as I do) it places you on the same line as the beginning of the quoted text.
