[Evolution] Please remove non-DFSG free files from evolution-exchange

I want to ask the maintainers to pay attention to bug

It's about RFCs that are included in the source. I was earlier
promised that the documents, which are not GPLed or similar, will be
removed from the sources. Hopefully, this change can be applied to the
2.10 tree as well as trunk.
