addressbook is
$ ls -la .evolution/addressbook/local/system/              
323584 Jun 26 14:14 addressbook.db
 42076 Jun 26 14:14 addressbook.db.summary

Make sure you do a evolution-2.6 --force-shutdown and kill off
evolution-data-server and then restart

Filters are
$ ls -la .evolution/mail/*.xml
51179 Jun 13 15:36 .evolution/mail/filters.xml
68 Jun 26 13:07 .evolution/mail/searches.xml
