[Evolution] ambergris: A quick hack to sync evolution and kolab2

dear kolab, ruby and evolution developers,

here is a small ruby hack that will (two-way) sync your evolution
calender and contacts against a kolab2 server:

included in this release is also a new version of our ruby evolution 
bindings (originally based on revolution).
