[Evolution] Exchange: Calendar now supported in evolution-brutus

Hi,

evolution-brutus 1.1.0 is now available. evolution-brutus supports all
Exchange servers from version 5.5 onwards.

This new release adds read-only calendar support to evolution-brutus.
Write support will be enabled with the next release which isn't far
away. The hard work has all been done with the read-only development
work.

You do not have to do anything to enable the Exchange Calender, all is
done automatically for you. There is one exception to this - The
Evolution components does not start up in the same order each time. So
by the time that the Exchange calendar account is configured/created the
calender component might already be up and running, thus missing the new
Exchange calendar. The way to fix this is:

1) Start Evolution and view your Exchange (Brutus) mailbox.

2) Open the calendar and see if you can spot the Brutus delivered
Exchange calender. If not just re-start Evolution and all should be fine
when it comes up again.

The automatic creation of the Exchange calendar can be disabled in the
mail account configuration.

You will be prompted by gnome-keyring to allow evolution-data-server to
access your Exchange password. Accept this. The password dialog might be
hidden behind the Evolution window. Please check for this situation if
you are not asked for a password by evolution-brutus. The mail component
has seen a single bug fix where the Exchange address of the sender was
displayed instead of the SMTP address.

evolution-brutus is requiring a Brutus server somewhere on the net but
will otherwise connect to Exchange using MAPI as would Outlook.
