evolution does not have a "--debug" option, see "evolution --help" for the available command line options. perhaps "--debug=calendar" could help, don't know exactly, haven't used it before.

can you please get a stacktrace by running evolution in gdb? enter "gdb evolution", then start evolution by typing "run" and hit enter, then go to the calendar view and when evolution crashes, run "thread apply all bt" and post the output here. thanks in advance.
ive : - deleted my evolution account and recreated it, - deleted .evolution - uninstalled and reinstalled evolution - deleted all info in the calendar for the last week (using Outlook) but the same issue occurs as well as.
