[Evolution] Mail stuck in outbox

Suse 9.3

All outbound email gets stuck in Outbox.  I have 2 profiles established.
One uses the on-board SMTP server, the other uses the SMTP server of my
ISP.  Prablema appears in oth.

I can resolve by opening the first message in the outbox and resending.
It goes and all others follow quickly.

Receiving options set to 10 minutes

I have tried setting SMTP authentication to "Password" and "POP before
SMTP."  Both do the same.

In 1.4, Password worked fine.
