[Evolution] Mail list

I recently installed Evolution 2.2.2 (from evolution 1.4) and wanted to
send mail to several different people from the address list. In 1.4 I
could select the category (after clicking on the To: button) and got the
names, alphabetically ordered. Selecting the name gave me the E-mail
address. Simple and elegant.
Now I get a list of names and email addresses, unsorted so you have to
go through the list which is very cumbersome and not practical. What
happened to the simple and elegant way of 1.4?
