[Evolution] Evolution 2.2.3 and NNTP and new newsgroups

To whom it may concern,

        Is there a way using Evolution 2.2.3 to refresh the list of newsgroups
that it knows about?  I know that in the subscribe to folders it says
refresh, but that didn't do the trick.  What I mean is, there were some
new newsgroups that we added that I wanted to start reading and it never
picked them up as new or refreshed the list.
