[Evolution] Questions about evolution future plan

Hi

1-  Is there any public plan about what the major thing that will be
in the evolution future and new releases and also any new functions  ?
(something like in http://www.gnome.org/start/2.9/ or even more like
what in KDE plan )

2- Is there any hacked version of evolution (one that some hackers
patch it with many unreleased patches so users can test it and use it
also)

3- With the new eplugin, any plan to make something similar to
addons.mozilla.org for evolution ?


I'm using evolution for almost one year now with exchange account so
this is just some staff in my mind about Evolution.
