[Evolution] Can I change the awful title manually?

Hi, all,

I sometimes receive mails with awful titles, such as, =?gb2312?=...  I
know it is due to the fact that the mail clients of sender are not
standard and do not conform to the RFC.  But they are very
inconvenient indeed.  I wonder if I can change the titles manually? 
That is, can I edit some files and change the lines of subjects into a
way that evolution can recognize?
